What is hyperhidrosis? Hyperhidrosis or excessive sweating is a common disorder which produces a lot of discomfort for some. Excessive sweating can occur in the underarms (axillary hyperhidrosis) or of the palms and soles of the feet (palmoplantar hyperhidrosis).
